Samantha Gill - GutVantage

My Story

I struggled with digestive issues for as long as I can remember. Many people think digestive discomfort is normal, but it can have serious implications for your health and wellbeing.

For me, gut challenges led to anxiety, brain fog, low energy, mood swings, and unexplained weight changes, affecting productivity and self-confidence. I vividly recall sitting in a boardroom, feeling a mental “fog,” realizing something wasn’t right. Through holistic nutrition education, I discovered how dietary choices, stress, and lifestyle habits were affecting my gut and overall health.

“Stress is a common trigger for gut issues. When my dad was diagnosed with ALS at just 59, I experienced firsthand how deeply stress impacts the body.”

My father passed away from ALS at 62, but his resilience, positivity, and entrepreneurial spirit inspired me to create GutVantage. Understanding the potential hereditary risks motivates me to prioritize my health while helping others reclaim theirs. Life is too short not to make health your priority — so Let’s Connect!
