We do not cure, prevent, diagnose or treat your condition or symptoms. Instead, we provide evidence-based recommendations on the latest findings to help you manage your condition and alleviate symptoms through diet and lifestyle changes.

The results vary from person to person as we are all biochemically unique. However, on average, it takes a minimum of 3 months to start seeing noticeable results for most people.

Chances are that you still can as the conditions, and symptoms we commonly work with are closely connected to other conditions and/or symptoms.

If this is the case, we encourage you to book a FREE 15-minute consult with us to find out if the GutVantage approach is for you. Let’s connect!

Yes. In fact, we encourage working with other professionals. At GutVantage, we believe in a combination approach, meaning that sometimes diet and lifestyle aren’t the only factors that positively influence one’s health. Sometimes, we need to see other practitioners to help with things like trauma, which can negatively impact your health, especially gut health.

No. We do NOT recommend this. Instead, we help you optimize the medications you are taking. How, you ask? Well, we make them work better by replenishing your diet with nutrients that are being depleted from the body due to your current medication(s). Our goal is to reduce the side effects you are experiencing from the medication with this approach.

NOTE: You should never go off your medication without permission or supervision from your medical doctor.

At GutVantage, your success is our success. Therefore, we know a single session will do you no good. Initially, we offer a three-month program, which helps keep you more accountable and consistent, making you more likely to reach your goals.

After the completion of our three-month program, we offer monthly support, which includes:

  • 2 x 30 minute appointments
  • 2 x custom reports, along with meal/snack ideas
  • Unlimited email/voice note support via WhatsApp

**One-off sessions are not offered. However, if you have been a GutVantage client for an extended period of time and don’t feel you need monthly support at that point, please reach out and this request can be accomodated.

Absolutely! We offer simple snack and meal ideas for our clients and can further simplify the recipes, as needed. All our recommendations are personalized to our clients wants, needs and budget.

Yes. We would love to work with you no matter where you reside. Most of our clientele is located in different provinces throughout Canada.

We offer online consulting services, making it easy for us to connect with you no matter where you are located.

Our typical clients are adults over the age of 25. Majority of our clients are working professionals and/or parents that have given work and/or their loved ones more priority than their own health, resulting in a noticeable decline in their mental and physical health.
